ROBERTS R6300 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a high performance adhesive for the installation of carpet tiles, carpet cushion, solid vinyl, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), etc. This adhesive is solvent free, features a persistent tack and excellent resistance to plasticizer migration. It dries quickly and offers a higher shear strength, making it the adhesive of choice for heavy traffic, commercial installations where performance is a key.

• For the interior installation of carpet cushion, solid vinyl, solid rubber, solid urethane, recycled non-foam (PVC), luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) up to 12 in. x 12 in., and Enhancer backed carpet tiles
• Bonds with concrete, CANPLY/APA underlayment rated plywood, 1 layer of well-bonded vinyl composition tile (free from wax), primed gypcrete, steel and terrazzo
• All substrates must be flooring grade
• Releasable for ease of replacement or wet set for permanent bond
• Moisture control adhesive - up to 10 lbs. MVER and 90% RH
• Up to 20 minutes open time/up to 40 minutes working time for permanent, wet set installs and up to 45 minutes tack time/up to 12 hours working time for releasable, dry installs
• 24 to 48 hour restriction of foot traffic and moving of heavy objects for proper curing
• Do not install over vinyl composition tile in high or heavy traffic areas
• Enviro-friendly, solvent-free and LEED compliant; VOC 9 g/L
• Protected by GoldGuard, an antimicrobial protection system that inhibits the growth of mold, mildew and odor causing bacteria in both wet and dry adhesives
